Non Delivery of Gas on time

I have taken GAS connection from Jay Jyoti Gas Services (Bharat Gas), consumer No 31844, My Complain is we have got feedup with the service of the Gas Agency. It takes more that 30 Days to deliver Gas at our home even after we book the Gas on 21st Day from last delivery & after doing tremendous follow-up for the same. 1st of all to get the tele phone line thru it self is the BIGGEST pain & challenge for a consumer. The agency is delivering gas as if they are doing any "FAVOR" to us & the treatment which we are getting is like a 3rd class". Request you to pls look into the same
