Delivery of rotten fruits & flowers / bad customer service

On January 1 we placed an order for delivery of a fruit and flower basket (INR 1, 014) to India as a get well gift for my mom. The flowers and fruits delivered were completely rotten. We contacted customer service with our complaint. They refused to acknowledge that they failed to delivery the fresh flowers and fruits as claimed on their website, refused to investigate the complaint and offered no refund or replacement. The customer care representative - Ms. Jain, was callous, argumentative, rude and unhelpful. They have misrepresented their products and services and fraudulently took money from us. Never do business with them.
