Charge withour delivering my package

I am living in new-york from here i want to send gift to my mom or her bday.

i Selected the gift with midnight delivery and they took 1500 rs from me but fail to deliver so next day i told them to cancel the order

instead of canceling they are torturing my mom that you need to accept this in any case she told that order had cancelled so i am not going to accept this still i got refund.

No after three months its showing gift delivered

I got this mail on 7 of march for the order which i cancelled on 5 feb morning.

Can some one please put light on this matter and tell me exact date when i can expect my refund.

Again Remainder to this issues if it is not resolved as fast as possible.

Dont push to take some steps which is not fruit full to you guys.
