Dear Sir,

I am an old customer, who has been using BOOST from the company mentioned above. Few months before, I saw clay balls are mixed in the product. This clay gets submitted in the bottom after the Boost is dissolved in the milk. I thought it must be energy booster or whatever it is as mentioned on the label. When tasted, to my surprise I see it to be clay. This is very bad for health. Esp of the children and the old whose kidney might get affected.

This has also happened with my next pack of new flavour of chocolate which is in latest introduced.

Keeping in mind, the overall population I bring this to you as a complaint.

Please take immediate steps to rectify the problem.
