MONEY TAKEN MORE THAN MRP

Money for godavari milk is taken more than MRP and when asked told that rates are increased but the print rate for half a litre was Rs.12.50/- and total amount taken for 1 lt was Rs 28... so plz let me know the exact amount or atleast let me know whether the rates for milk are increased or not
