Two Omelette Rs 113

Respected Sir,

Sorry for the delay in sending the complaint on the same day of this issue. I went out of station the next day & bill was in my home.

My name is Ranjit & am from Trivandrum. 2nd of this month January {02/012011}, i went with my friend's to Ponmudi. And while returning, we bought TWO OMELETTE from:-

GOLDEN PEAK

A Unit of KTDC Hotels & Resorts Limited

They charged us Rs 113/-. When we asked for menu this particular item was not mentioned in that. Kerala Chicken Curry was Rs 150/- only & 2 Omelette they charged us Rs 113/- which was only half boiled & there was no salt in it. We asked them how they are supplying the items which are not mentioned in menu. They asked us to enquire with KTDC.

If the Government undertaking units are doing this to customers then what will we, customers, do.

Please take necessary steps regarding this issue.

Im attaching the bill herewith, please check it & do the needful at the earliest.
