Got ill after consuming poor quality food at Park Hyatt Hyderabad

This is to bring to your notice that me and my family has been suffering after consuming food at your Italian Restaurant at Park Hyatt Hyderabad on 01/07. Me along with my family visited Park Hyatt Hyd for dinner on Sunday to enjoy our evening but we regret our visit to the Hotel on that day. Out of 8 people 4-5 of us have suffered stomach ailments since monday and doctors have said its because of the food consumed the previous day. 2 members of my family have been bed-ridden since then and are critically ill.

Its very unfortunate & disappointing to get such poor quality food at your outlet after spending good 13, 800/-. I personally believed Park Hyatt to be a good brand but it has been a nightmare for us. My family has been suffering for last 5 days. I had to cancel my flight tickets for outstation trip due to ill health. We are not able to attend the Work for the whole week. All this is because of your great hotel. I tried to convey this to your hotel management but got a very rude and annoying response.

We are very frustrated and have severely suffered and expect you to take strong action and update us along with an apology.
