Refusal to give receipt and Increased MRP

Dear Sir,

D.Y.Patil Girl's Hostel, A-Wing, Nerul Navi Mumbai has rented out the main floor to a Mess service named "Grace catering service". The manager of the mess is very rude. He has no manners of talking to girls. On top of that, he has increased pricing of all items, and serves old stale food. Food is served cold. He has increased pricing on all MRP that is clearly printed on the packaging. After a purchase, I asked for a receipt for the items bought, and he rudely refused to give me a receipt. He told me either to get the item with increased MRP without a receipt or to leave it. He refuses to give any receipt for any of the food items that he sells.

This has been getting worse and worse with time. I hope that there will be some action taken against this. Otherwise they will think they can do what every they want.
