Wrong weighing method

Dear Sir,

In a store nearby where I am staying uses wrong method of weighing grocery and cheat customer.

Few instances :

(1) while weighing, he uses false weights like peanut packets, small pebbles etc.

(2) bought banana 3 rs per piece, 8 bananas for 24 rupees. Asked him to weigh for half kilo, which was coming 8 bananas only and price came to be 30 rupees (60 rupees) per kilo. When I saw the difference asked him to give piece wise, which he disagreed and started shouting and misbehaving. Many customers are facing such problems.

(3) Same rice, he is selling at various prices every day. One day I bought 2 KG rice for 80 rupees. Next day when I wanted to exchange, he told, it is 60 rupees (saying he sold for 30 rupees per kilo). After a discussion he agreed and exhanged for 80 rupees.
