Not rendering proper change

Eliance fresh stores, located near triveni school, alwal. I am a regularl custormer of the stores. I found very embrassed position these days, as I visit the stores. The people (sales boys) are not rendering proper change to the customer. They are not even giving free samples attcached to the products.

It is duty of stores manager to see that proper chage is at the sales counters. He has to see that the sevices provided by the sales boys.

I request you to take proper action immediately.
