It is said that MRP = maximum retail price. The retailer cannot charge even 1 paise more than the printed price. But, we are compelled to pay Rs1.5 to 2 extra per packet of milk. Why??? Why should we pay extra in the name of chilling when the printed price is inclusive of all charges...
