My brother has sent the goods in November from Kuwait to Karnataka and till now the goods are yet to reach to the destination. As per their assurance it suppose to reach to the destination in December itself. But till now the goods status is not known.

Kuwait Gulf TVS cargo staff have given the contact no. Chennai person and when we call there they will say, the container is not cleared still; it will take another 1 week or 10 days. The same dialogue is being said by them from past 1 ½ month. We have called several times but the same response, they are not at all bothered about the customer’s problem. There is no other contact number other than the mobile number of one person. Its really a un-reliable cargo service.
