Guruji -kesariya thandai
Non replacement of defective food product

We bought Guruji Thandai in Dec the manufacturing date printed on bottel was Oct. we stored the bottle in Fridge all the time but then too since last one month it started showing fungus inside the bottle. We called customer care department but they straight away refused to replace the same. Even we wrote a mail to customer care department on 15th Mar but they dint reply to mail also.

Please look into the matter and help to solve the same.
