Poor service at restaurant

Ill no: C7024 DATE 18/01

I was served stale and cold food at the haldirams restaurant, centrestage mall.

manager argued with me that the dosa I ordered was prepared in front of him, so it can't be a stale one. evidently only five minutes had passed after I made an order but he was still complaining about the rawa masala dosa being prepared fresh. Furthermore, the other item I asked for was a grilled sandwich, but 2 griled sandwich were prepared-out of them 1 I took with me and the other was lying on the shelf for the next 10 minutes: of which I am sure that it would have been served to another poor and innocent customer like me.
