Haldirams/rasgulla
Complain regarding default product

Respected Sir,

First of all let me introduce myself, iam Biju, from kannur, kerala[09895999279]. I have purchased Haldirams Rasgulla [Batch No: Nov/058], Packed on 04/11/10 with the mrp of 62 rupees. And let me say one thing that i got humiliated by purchasing that product from jayabharati bakery, thalassery. And when i opened the pack i saw a black hair inside the sited bottle of rasgulla. The is very unfortunate as the Indians does not use the food which contain hair{animal or human what ever} so this is very ridicules packing done by the company. i don't understand how the manufacturing section is working, and also packing section. so now i humble requesting your office to do the needful and further steps taken by me.
