Selling above MRP

It is very common especially in Tamilnadu were the cool drinks, eatables like lays, kurkure, etc are sold above MRP (maximum retail price). This is against law and is out statutorily in the packs, still these shops are selling above par. As it is a compulsion we people are buying with out any choice. The shop keepers are making very, much high profit by means of this. It is reticules that they are answering the charge is levied as they are serving it chilled, but MRP is inclusive of cooling also. If we raise voice against them, they will respond as "if you wanna ve you ve or you gonna go". The govt ve to take action against these culture as it should be a lesson to all. These guys are making damn profit nearly double of wat they are supposed to. They are very much sure that they re having lot of customers other than us. and also we can go against this by means of purchasing the same from a super market or branded superstore.

Please respond to this and make sure of the MRP printed on the products you are buying.

Atleast we will protest for one or the other day lets hope they will change their attitude.
