Big problem in getting back orde

I have ordered herbalife products from Chennai herbalife corporate office on 05/April. In that order 6 Mango shake was the back order, and the back order was sent on 29/April By VRL Courier service. But still today i have not receive that back ordered products. When i was inquire in VRL Courier, the courier person is speaking rudely that we can't deliver herbalife products as soon you expect. When i demand for delivery they are using bad words and did'nt provide the kind full response.

As i am a herbalife customer, if it tooks this much time to be get delivered, how come i continue herbalife? I didn't use Herbalife shake for last 40 days for this reason.

Its quite difficult to contact herbalife for registering complaint. Is there any contact details to register complaint?
