Worst food quality and playing with the life of travellers

In this tour I found at Bilaspur railway station IRCTC person was washing used disposable food containers and when I asked him, he explain that we have to wash them before submitting our counting to IRCTC, even i called GRP man but he was also not able to do anything.

Second time when we came from Rourkrla to BIlaspur We went to Neelam Food center and ordered meel for us, rates was Rs.70 per plate, when We start eating rice it was a taste of Dalda ghee, I called manager and ask for this, he explain this is not Dalda this we get from local marker and its non branded, so please tell when now a days all are worried about health, those people are use non branded local ghee when at least they can use Soya oil?

I request, if IRCTC feel some responsibility please take some action.
