Items received in very bad condition

I had sent a parcel through mssr.kalingaworldwide on 28.09.10 to US .REG.NO.is 7602605393. parcel was containing food items packed in plastic boxes and plastic bags, while taking the pickup we were told you will take utmost care and repack it properly, so that no item will be damaged. But when my daughter received the parcel in US she found that it was in very bad condition inside.boxes were broken open, bags were tored open and hence all food items were mixed in side and the cloths inside the parcel were spoiled.
