OPEN CHEATING BY BIG BAZAAR

I had purchased 1 kg Horlicks costing Rs.255/- at about 19.20 Hrs from BIG BAZAAR GHATKOPAR which is included in their Receipt No.000265 St.4712 Tr.26289 today (28.2.2010) Cashier name: Machindra Johare. I asked for the free alarm clock written on the outside cover of Horlicks, to which they told it is inside the pack. But when I reached home and opened the pack, I was surprised that no clock was inside and I felt cheated.

It is nothing but blatant cheating by BIG BAZAAR. They should send an alarm clock, if they are honest enough to my residence (C.408, OM VAIKUNTH, Sindhi Society, Near Swami Vivekanand School, Chembur, Mumbai 71). My resid. phone No. is 2529 7494. I do hope they will respond quickly.
