Problems in hotels on the way (vikaravandi)

All the buses starting from chennai and crossing villupuram will stop in the vikaravandi hotel. From vikaravandi villupuram is just 30mins travel only, instead of vikarvandi they can stop in the villupuram bus station, passenger can get food there.

My major complaint is in the vikaravandi hotel their employees are knockin the bus to wake up the slleping passenger. It is far most distubance for the peoples. Passengers are in deep sleep, whay those hotle employees are disturbing the passengers by knocking the bus. they don't have rights to knock the bus and wake up the passengers.

Please rectify this issue, most of the peoples are suffering because of this issue.

please take the necessary action to stop this activity.
