I Am very much disturbed with the behavour of the staff in Hotel Shiwalik?

When we Asked for better prepration and good food The reply was that from MR: Prem Chandel was that if you want better Quality then go to nearest hotel parkinn and says that we dont have good food to be served where as we were the regular costomer and there was no one senior over there to take care i want strict action to be taken to wards Mr, Prem Chandel and he also miss behaved with our family???
