Non delivery of gas cylinder after booking

I have booked cylinder for home delivery since more than 25 days and till date (07/04/10) i have not received it.my consumer no is 800151 and distributor code is 626030.we are facing a lot of problems, whenever called-they always reply that you will get it next day but we have not received it yet.
