Order not delievered yet

Hi, I ordered a cake with a bunch of roses on 10th of feb to be delivered on 11th feb as it was my moms birthday.

Order No. 30000085276

But, the order was not delivered as specified by the website and still it is not yet delivered.

My mom got the call on 14th for the order and asked the courier service to come before 6pm but he did not show up.

Now, I am getting the update in website as

10357-H-CR Express

AWB No.:Delivery attempted office closed

What is this they did not contact me anytime during this process and called my mom only once and still the order is pending.

I have called customer care so many times but they sum times gives a wrong number to call or say system is down.
