Delay in gas cylinder supply

Dear Sir/ma'm,

we had booked our gas cylinder on 17/06 and we have not yet get the same till now. If we try to contact the gas agency their telephone remain busy and nobody pick up the phone. Our gas agency is in Vasant Kunj and our consumer no. is 1780. Sir, please do something to resolve this problem.
