Sir, I had purchased two packets of Uttam Sooji with Lot No 21 date of Mfg 23 Aug 11 from a provisional store in Ahmedabad in September. While preparing Upma, mixing of sand was felt and the matter was reported to the company on mobile number 9574008415 and I was advised to SMS my residential address which was done. Their sales manager was also contacted on Mobile No 9574008410 but till date no complimentary packets have been received from the company despite many reminders. Kindly do the needful. Thanks.
