Late delivery and abusing by deale

My Card no is 10C No. 51690 and Consumer no S-1922, Mukesh Agrawal S/o Shri Shankar Lal Agrawal, SADA Colony, Raghogarh, Dist. Guna (MP),

I have been booking for cyllinders since last many months with M/s. Shrimal Indane Distributer Code is 87411337, Raghogarh, Guna to Till date, the same is not delivered to me. I have booked a cyllinder on 30.07.2011 and the delivery date of cyllinder is 17.08.2011 and second booking date is 05.09.2011 but they not delivered up to till date. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please look into the issue.
