Defective Products Delivered

Hi,

I have ordered Rakhi hampers from Indiaplaza.com website few days back. The hamper includes Rakhi, roli-chawal, Kaju Katli (250 gms), I ordered 2 same products, one for my bhaiya and another one for my father. They delivered the products but the sweets (Kaju katli) present in the product were completely stale and also the rakhi was broken, the product cost was Rs 399/- each. I raised complaint ticket on their website but received no response yet for the same.

This Indiaplaza.com website is making money by sending stale sweets and that to on the name of Rakhi celebration. I want my money back as I haven't ordered for stale sweets and broken rakhi. Kindly help me out in this issue.
