Sir, I have purchased a Tupperware classic lunch pack in Hyderabad. while purchasing I was assured of the life time guarantee given on the Tupperware products. But after few months the lids of the lunch boxes cracked. I consult one agent at madhapur .. i consult 1 agent of Tupperware for replacement of the lids, She informed me that This cannot be replaced in Hyderabad. Now what should I do? Please help.
