Dear Sir/Mame on 15/07 I purchased the bottle of mountain dew 200ml in which I found a dead insect in a sealed pack glass bottle. I have that bottle with me, I have humble request to you, kindly help me to get justice.

And what are the legal proceedings i can make further?

By what time I can start my legal action???
