ITC / Sunfeast Pasta Treat
False Advertisement / No Commitment

Hello Sir/Mam,

I have purchased a Sunfeast Pasta Treat, Priced at Rs 15/-. It contained a vouched inside the wrapper stating that, I am eligible for a Coffee Mug, (voucher no 489477). The product was purchased from Star Bazar - Dahisar. Mumbai.

It had a toll free number : 800-110-888 and a New Delhi Number : 011-26487770. The Toll Free number never was reachable, all attempts were un-successful. I have called up the 011-26487770 4 times in 32 days and they kept on stating that the free gift is dispatched and would be delivered in 3 days, but it was never.

Today, I spoke to a Manager - Kundan Singh, who was still not having any clue and was not able to commit.

Here I mean to mention that there are thousands of people, who purchase the product and get cheated. Also the service of ITC when we call is pathetic and there is no mention of a call record when a consumer is complaining. They have absolutely no idea about what they are talking and they keep on giving a false commitment.

I would like to have a copy of the agreement of the advertised product and the terms and condition.

Hope someone takes an initiative and listens to the complain, where a repute like ITC can cheat their consumer.
