Cockroach in the juice

Hello Sir/Madam,

We have purchased the juice of sugarcane on 9th April at 9:15 P.M. from juice shop in front of shastri nagar metro station. The quantity of juice was 3 full glasses of rs. 10 each and packed in plastic bag of white color.

When we reached the home and poured the juice in the jug, we found a dead red cockroach in it.

On returning back and complaining for the same, the person has rejected to accept that the juice is purchased from his shop and used abusive language. And told just go and complaint anywhere, I don't care.

This type of shops with unhygienic conditions and no proper system can cause a great harm to the society, with people falling sick, it can lead to great danger to human kind.

Kindly do something in this regard.
