OVERCHARGING BEYONG MRP

I purchased Tropican Juice (pet package worth MRP Rs.18) with MRP mentioned on it. In Bill given by the Retailer/Restaurant Service Desk, I was given a bill worth mentioning charges Rs.24 for the same VAT 12.5% VAT 5% seperately. When i asked about it I was told this is the charge company is getting from its backyard. So they cant help it. I have got a bill copy with me. Kindly help me in... uncovering this bloody retailer.
