Charging more than MRP

Dear Sir,

I have travelled from ViZAG to Secunderabad on 11th Apr by Garibrath Expr. It was platform no 6 at vizag railway station. There one shop selling mineral water bottles belongs to IRCTC. On the sign board it was written that all items sold on MRP rates only. I wanted to purchase one bottle, the cost on the bottle is 12/- but selling at 14/- .

This is not the only thing i have faced at vizag, same thing at secunderabad railway stn also. Please take some action on such shops people.
