Charging excess amount on MRP

We the family member usually buy half liter milk on routine basis early in the morning ie rupees 10.30.(Mrp). A kmf milk vendor name mr. Lakshman, who sells at the cost of rs 11.00 & more. If we ask the reason for the excess charges, he speaks rudely & behaves badly no matter the customer he/She is a senior citizen or a elder. He directly start using all vulgar abusive language just becoz the entire area depends only on this booth for their daily milk needs.

Residents who are staying in the area which have mentioned in the above address column have been paying extra to him, feared of his abusive languages. Nobody wants to ask him or demand him for the change they pay rs 11.00 .

I request to take this issue has priority & teach him lesson that we the consumer (grahak) can go against where there is injustice.
