LAYS CLASSIC CHIPS
PRODUCT QUALITY ISSUE

Dear sir/madam - good morning

My family love to eat chips. we always purchase lays classic potato chips. My daughter and son prefer to eat lays chips. I purchase a packets of lays chips batch no - N309B, manufacture date 28 September 13 gram/rs 5 pouch. When packets opened and eaten its flavor is too bitter to eat. If my children eat it and any problem occurred then who will responsible for it. As a consumer if we prefer the brands only because of its brand value and if it doesn't fulfill its promise then what? && I have that pouch with left bitter chips in it as a proof. I want to inform you from your behalf and file a complain against the company for compensation. It is not about Rs.05 packet, it is about the brand Frito Lays, how can such a big company like Lays float products in the market before proper quality check.
