Asking for 30-50 rupees extra on liqueur mrp-saying its Anand TAX (Mayawati's Brother)

Hi This is vicky Nagar from Noida, wanna bring into your kind notice that.. there is big kind of harassment going on with all the buyers purchasing liqueur @any Liqueur shop in UP (personally i have observed in Noida/Meerut/Ghaziabad etc).

Although As of now i have made complaints @ several place like Police station/concerned officer etc..but no action as of now...

Now days..in UP-All Liqueur business is running under name of Paunty Chadda (in actual its Property of Anand), and shopkeeper @each liqueur shop is asking 30-50 rupees extra.on MRP given on products?!!when we cutomer ask/deny to pay extra amount on MRP..they simply denying and saying its Anand Tax..n liqueur business in up is property of Ananad (Mayawati's Brother), and all respective department are already aware about this..but no one is staking action.

To get more evidence anyone .pls go to any liquershop n can checkk, if m putting any wrong inf here! 1

My only request is is there any department/samiti..who is looking on thy why people are asking for more than mrp @all liqueur shop/at all bust stands/all cinema hals/all tourist places!!!?
