Local Milk vendor
Bad quality of milk continously for few days till we stopped buying it

Hi, the local milk vendor Yahsraj Doodh Dairy in Gagangir complex of Khadkapada Kalyan (W) have been supplying milk which used to get get destroyed when heated. Tis occured 2-3 times and on compalining he reverted back that it's some problem with our utencils. This occured with other neghbours to0 .Now he is asking fot the money which i don't want to pay for the days which he had supplied adultered milk. Please let me know the procedure.
