Turned up thicked crystal like at the time of worming

I bought one litre of Annpurna cow milk from Mahananda dealer at Vasai E and at the of worming, the same became thicked crystel like. Immidately I complaint to retailer he refused to replace which prompted me to contact to the customer care representetive on the number mentioned on the pouch. The customer care representative also did not resposed in the positive way. He said that i had to forget the matter and bear the cost as there is no provision for replacing the products. Woud I request you to take up the matter and resolve it in consumer favor.
