Manager Operations/ Manager Customer Care

Dear Sir,

I am a Research Scholar pursuing Ph. D in Management from Faculty of Management, MM University, Mullana-Ambala (Haryana). My research will be focused on Mall Business. As a general customer as well as an academician, it is being observed that everyone is curious to know which malls will do well in future and which malls are likely to loose. Based on this, we would try to develop a predictive model.

Keeping this in view, I initially want to know the problems in mall business at present that majority of retailers are facing so that we can identify and define the research problem. I also would like to know how various malls operate for basic understanding of the concept of mall business.

I shall be highly obliged in case you can spare few minutes to provide me the above said information alongwith the name of contact person (s), their address, phone no., e-mail-id, suitable time, day and mode of contact to impart relevant information as and when needed to facilitate the research work.

Our objective is to identify the problem in mall business both at customer end as well as retailer end so that once we are able to define the problem; we will go for in-depth research, make usage of latest statistical tools and techniques to find a solution to the problems that would be beneficial to mall operators in carrying out their business activities much more effectively and efficiently in time to come.
