Poor food quality

Hi,

I want to log a complatint against Mani Palace which is located @ Beverly Park (Opp Mac Donald) Mira Road (East).

Yesterday night (i.e. 4- June- 2010) I brought food parcel from Mani Palace containing following item steamed rice, Kashmiri pulav & dal tadka.

When I opened the parcel i found that Steamed rice was stinking badly. they actually gave me stale food. When I went back to ask them why they did that, they said that they have been serving same food to other customer and no oen has complained about it. they are not at all feeling guilty about their mistake.

I reuest you to kindly take some action against Mani Palace
