Dear Sir/Ma'em,

I recently visited a McDonald's uotlet at Forum Mall, Hosur Road, Bangalore-560029, Karnataka. My Invoice No.900101300072206.

This is regarding the Hygiene and the quality of food served to me today. I ordered for a Mc Veg Meal (Mc Vegies Burger, French Fries & Coke). I was served cold french fries, and the coke was no better than a sugar syrup. And on that while having the meal i saw a cockroach crawling under the cable. I use to think that McDonald's i very strict with all these concerns. If you need any proof of this complaint to be true I have a video recording of the same which I can show it to you IF NEEDED.

I request you to take some strict actions against such concerns as it may spoile the goodwill of the brand.
