Poor customer service

I had vis your outlet at prasad multiplex in secunderabad on 29 APR. my son had a chicken burger. ON asking for a glass of drinking water we were told that we dont keep normal drinking water and we can only provide u mineral water. however we insisted on normal aquaguard treated water and we get a reply that there exists no such facility. it is indeed shocking that an outlet of an int'l brand cant provide drinking water. may i pl request the MD of Mcdonald if he could give a satisfactory reply and also ensure that middle class people are provided drinking water in such eateries as is the norm in India. i am Lt Col Natarajan and my contact no is 09799919888 & 08686467841.
