I placed an order for Cold Coffee and Large Fries with McDonals, order no. 1774, at 9:31 p.m. today, December 29. The nearest McDonalds is hardly 10 minutes from my place. Yet it is more than one hour and the order is yet to come.

Top it up with the fact that their call-centre refuses to pick up on the extension provided for checking order status. So, I had to call on the New Order Extension and lodge a complain. The excuse given was lame and timid, "The rider is on his way, sir! Would be reaching you any moment! ' Probably they just don't care for the time of the consumer.

McDonald's McDelivery sucks big time. Don't ever order there!
