Sir,

I am regulary observing that management of brands like MC Donald and others are printing their own price tag in water bottle, juices, soft drinks which is made by other manufacturer.

Just wanted to know that is this is legal. I believe it is not legal, they can charge the service tax or any other conveince tax but can't delete the original price and put their own price as their wish.

Please clarify.
