Burger caused indigestion

My children had chicken burgers yesterday (April 3rd 2012) at McDonalds at Royal Meenakshi Mall, Bannerghatta Rd, children are having food poisoning, they are vomiting and also developed loose motions. Can the authorities take action on them?
