Very poor service

Hi,

I have placed an order from McD which includes 1 Spicy Mc Chicken with some other bugers. The quality of the burger was too bad and the chiken was very hard to chew. I called the Customer care no. and compliened for the same. The representative initially tried to settle it buy simply apologising but later agreed to replace the burger.

The replacement burger did not get delivered for 30 mins. Standing in the sunlight for half hour in the month of may around 4:00 PM is itself a punishment.

I called to the CC again and tried to track the order. but he simply transferred my call to the Store (Mc Donalds in Shopprix Mall, Noida).

Mr Jay (9899795820) who was superior incharge again tried to settle it by saying ki "Sir hum apko apka burger bhejh dete hain aur kya chahiye! "

I dont understand the level of mentality this guy has about the service being offered.
