Rude Treatment of Customers

I had been to the McDonalds branch on Colaba Causeway on the 10th of April with my friends for my birthday party. We were around 20 people and were just trying to figure out where to be seated. I asked the manager if it was possible for us to get seated together. He instead shouted at us "Get seated somewhere right now or just GO BACK".

We were all highly offended by the treatment given to us. Maybe it was a sunday and was a bit late but that doesn't vouch for the manager shouting at customers. We ordered for around Rs. 7000 that day and in the middle of the order I was told that they didn't accept any cards. And they manager actually shouted at us again for not having 7000 in cash. There was no signboard whatsoever saying that they didn't accept card. I had to go to an ATM in the middle of my order.

Such people should be dealt with seriously or McDonalds will soon be out of business in Mumbai.
