Wrong order, got nonveg instead of veg! religious sentiment hurt

I happen to visit, the saki naka branch in Mumbai today,

We were three of us, out of one person was a vegetarian on religious grounds. We ordered a Veggie burger, mind it Veggie, specified the attendant thrice abt "Veg", and we took it away and while eating in d car she realised that much to her shock it was a chicken burger!

We went back to the outlet, on which the manager, Mr. Ejaz Ansari, gave us explanations & apology, he was very helpful though, but being helpful now wouldn't help as my friends religious sentiments won't be regained! Now what do you expect me to do? Sue Mcdonalds? Or what!
