Germs in purified wate

I had launched a complain against Mc Dowel purified water seller of Dahisar East, who sells purified water to various city but doesnt react to the complain launch to them. The germs were found in the 20 ltrs bottle in our house and the staff and agent is not at all bothered to take action on it as this company ranks 5th no in purified water. Is this way to behave with the consumer. The company should be shameful for their reaction and they dnt care for the consumer at all they just want to do their business and nothing. I request the consumer forum to look into this matter and take action against them as we dnt no how many people may be drinking this water and when consumer pays for something than he should be fulfiled for it. The company should not earn only money but also earn the consumer satisfaction.
